at the Institute of Mathematics the position of

 

Administrative assistant (f/m/d)

(remuneration according to E6 TV-L)

 

with 50% of regular working hours to be filled as soon as possible for the duration of a sick leave.

In addition to general administrative activities such as correspondence, file management, etc., the tasks include participation in personnel and appointment matters, support of the institute council, assistance to the institute management as well as processing teaching assignments, support in financial matters.

The prerequisite for employment is a completed vocational training according to BBiG in the office or administration sector or a completed training with several years of proven professional experience in the administration or office sector.

Experience in office organisation and secretarial work, independent action, organisational skills, careful working methods, flexibility and the ability to work in a team are desirable. Knowledge of the university's internal data processing programmes, in particular SAP, and English language skills are an advantage.
